The Hunter and the Old Man
The Hunter and the Old Man
In this retelling of the Ugandan folktale "Mpobe the Hunter", a hunter and his dog venture into the forest and discover a hidden tunnel while chasing a kob. This tunnel leads them to a strange and wondrous world where they meet an old man who asks the hunter to make a promise. Unlike the original story, this version portrays the unknown world as a paradise, where the hunter encounters magical wonders beyond his imagination. The question remains: will the hunter keep his promise to the old man?
