I Have a Garden
I Have a Garden
In December of 2019, the COVID-19 pandemic began and rapidly spread across countries, posing a risk of infection for children who are also vulnerable to its impact. Although children have experienced negative effects on their lives and families, there have also been positive outcomes, such as increased time spent with family and opportunities to learn new skills beneficial for their future education and adult life.
During the pandemic when schools remained closed, Chris stayed home for an extended period. He later visited his Grandma in the village during a long holiday and was inspired by her beautiful garden to start his own maize garden.
