Kanunda Gets Clean Water
Kanunda Gets Clean Water
In Uganda, a significant number of individuals lack access to safe and clean drinking water in their localities. Due to this, many children frequently become ill from drinking contaminated water. It is our collective responsibility to ensure that everyone can access clean drinking water and practice proper handwashing to prevent sickness. Access to clean water and sanitation is a fundamental human right that every member of the community should have. Encouraging good hygiene and sanitation habits can reduce illness and improve the health of the community.
Tanu resides in Kanunda village with her family. One day, Tanu falls seriously ill and is taken to the hospital, where she finds many other villagers from her community. After leaving the hospital, Tanu makes it her mission to obtain clean water for her village.
